i want to thank you all for responding to my question bout bruno, my rottie male who won't let us brush him anylonger....

we do have a variety of grooming products and have tried using a short haired comb..he doesn't tolerate that one etiher. ALthough he has just been at the vets, i called her again today and we have made another appointment to bring him in. Her first suggestion was to muzzle him when we groom him, but i don;t want to introduce that unless as a last resort, since he doesn't actually attempt to bite..he just is showing us he doesn't like it., and to stop.

Have you tried any techniques like T Touch?  Or simply rewarding the dog for interacting with the grooming equipment to start with?
