Type into a search engine "pet services London" and plenty of things will come up. Try www.yell.com too. I have come across quite a few services who do this whilst looking for dog sitters. Sometimes it's private business and other times they are fairly big companies. If I found them for my EXTREMELY rural area I'm sure you'll find some for London!
