does anyone know if there is a dog show this year in the mid devon show?and also what is the diiference between fun shows and companion shows?

no, just terriers & lurchers as its organised by the Mid Devon hunt supporters :).....therefore just for working hunting types (terriers & lurchers :))  Not under any KC rules, but probably a qualifier for one of the bigger shows like Midland County or something...will pm you with their phone number if you want?
