Hi all,
I really dont know..

he has just suddenly gone back to biting me and being nasty, he wont listen to me either.. very confusing, i thought he was gettin better,
i really do not get this dog!!

If you've been sticking resolutely to what you've been advised, this could well be the expected 'extinction burst', and it will suddenly and dramatically improve. If you haven't been 110% consistent ... either way, have you read
this? Ignore the ages given, and imagine you're starting from scratch with an 8-week puppy. So there should be a noticeable change in a month's time ...
Hi,
The only thing i can think of doing is getting a muzzle, is that cruel?? :-(

IMO, yes, it would be cruel.
Can you outline what training measures you've taken, and for how long have you persisted with each? And have you read the link I gave you on my previous post?
By the way, i didnt mean muzzle him in the house, i ment when we are outside incase he tries biting anyone. would that Still be bad?
If you think there is any risk of him biting someone when out then no it is not cruel to muzzle him on walks as it could be a measure enough to save his life and certainly save someone else from an attack. I would also either cage him or muzzle him when you are alone with him, preferably in a cage.

It would really help to have this information. :-)
What kind of a life is this poor dog going to have if you cage him and muzzle him if you are alone. Then also muzzle him when you take him out for walks. He has to have the muzzle off when you feed him and to get access to water. He will then begin to feel vulnerable, anxous and afraid when you make him go into the crate or to put a muzzle back on him when he has finished. I'm sorry but there must be a better way. What do your parents think to all what is happening to you and him. IMO you must do the right thing by him. Either seek the bahaviourist again if you trust them, or maybe talk to Golden Retirever rescue and ask their opinion. Also the breeder again and see if they can help and give you support.
