At South Wales show I saw a number of Afghans with a cooling sheet over their backs. They had "cool and Dry" printed on them. We asked one chap where they came from but he didnt know, and as they were waiting to go in the ring, didnt want to disturb folk. Questions are, do they work, if so how and where do I buy them???

I got my boys one each on Saturday at the south wales show, they wore them down the pub on Sunday and even though they were sat under a tree I think the jackets helped keep them extra cool.  I bought mine from the overhill stand I think their website is www.overhill.co.uk (could be wrong though but I cant access it from work) also I think country mun sell them they also have a website www.countrymun.com

No. They werent the reflective ones - they werent even jackets, just sheets and were in different bright colours. They had them draped over the dogs backs ready to whip off before they went in the ring, and if they did work would, presumably be cool for the dogs to lie on.

the mats are soaked in water and expand.
We brought some mats and cooling collars and they are STILL cold
even though we done then yesterday.

Im not 100% sure but its Hub that sells them and they have some baths
filled to hydrate them for you.

I found the bulldog one were better as the bandanas only had 1
line of gel where as the bulldog ones had 2 and were wider,for about £4 more.

Yes, Hub are at most shows I will have to take a look - problem is my OH will be with me and he is my credit card conscience :(

Well in this weather I think it was only fair if you allowed hubby
to nip into the beer tent to rehydrate (while he is in there buy one and slip it into your show bag)claim youve had it for ages and forgot.
