I would like to get a Wolfhound puppy within the next few months.  I had a red  bitch Wolfie for 9 years until she died of stomach torsion in 1994 and always wanted to get another.  I got a Border Collie three years ago, who is brilliant, but the dog closest to my heart is still a Wolfhound.  We live on the Isle of Wight, but I would be prepared to travel up to 200 miles to get another dog.  We've got a suitable home, with parks and beaches nearby and know what it's like to live with such a large dog.  I am, of course, prepared to answer any questions to assess our suitability to have another Wolfie.  I can be contacted by email at susan.davison@iow.gov.uk.
