I don't get it......when I come on here morning and evening, I only click "new" posts.  I always assumed that this would give me the new posts since I was last on.  However, I appear to be missing hundreds of them.......for instance, the "London explosion" topic was not part of my "new" post to read.  What am I doing wrong?

Use Active Topics, makes life so much easier :D

Then click on the new column.  If you log out and then back in then you will only see the newest posts.  Don't be tempted to 'Mark as read' as it will then assume you have read all the posts on all topics!!!
