Topic Dog Boards / Visitors Questions / Furminator brush

Does anybody have teh site address or shop details of where I can buy a "Furminator" dog brush. (american)
I have heard that they are very good at getting rid of the loose hair.
I realise that perhaps they are not cheap (around £30) but can somebody point me in the right direction for where I can get one.

Thanks

If it's loose hair you want to get rid of, a shedding comb (alternating long and short teeth, no blades ) and a damp rubber brush/glove will quickly do the job.  You can also use the rubber brush in the bath which really helps :) The hair will shed for as long as it takes to grow a new coat in and no miracle tool will change this ;0

You can order them from simpsons dog grooming supplies. if you type in furminator into your search box it will take you to furminator site. Then somewhere it gives you a list of stockists. We use the blue one, its brill on short haired dogs, but i also use it on b/cs too. weve got the blue one. Simpsons is in England.
