sounds like a pet shop puppy mill type thing, i think what you have done is been conned. Its easy for people who dont know, the chances are you wont get any papers and it was just a selling technique.

Depending on whether they were advertised as pedigree &/or KC registered Trading standards are the way to go If they were just advertised as Cavaliers you sadly will get nowhere & have been mislead re pedigrees etc
