Hi Mabel
No advice I'm afraid, but my 15 week old CKCS is the same. If I tell her off she wags her tail and yaps at me or jumps on me to play, but if OH tells her off she either sits down or runs into her bed. All I can think is that I'm not saying it firmly enough. You could perhaps try saying no in a deeper voice?!
My dog was exactly the same. She sees your husband as the 'leader of the family/pack' . Make sure that only you feed and walk her for a little while and if she misbehaves try a little time out in another room (only a minute or so). This worked wonders for me, my dog has a little more respect for me. You should, hopefully see a difference in a few weeks.
Good luck :-)
