I've not had a puppy for 6 years and that was my first puppy (my other dogs were adult when I got them). I feel all nervous as I'm sure I've forgot almost everything, so will be in shock when I get my new puppy.

Please feel free to fill me with terror :D and point out some things I really should know.  I really could do with some help!

Gwen Bailey's book 'The perfect Puppy' is a very good place to start :D

I have just got 'The perfect puppy' book and it is great! :D It really doesn't leave much to the imagination! She really goes into everything and it is written in a very 'easy to read' way.

I totally agree on the Gewn Bailey book - I've read it twice adn we don't get our puppy for another 5 weeks - I feel like I'm preparing for an exam!!
