Topic Dog Boards / Visitors Questions / How can I get rid of the smell
- By Guest [gb] Date 19.06.05 19:38 UTC
Hi, has anyone got any good ideas of how to get rid of the smell of dog urine from flags and patio areas? the recent lovely weather has unfortunately brought out the stink on our patio area where my dog goes to the loo, I always swill the area immediately with water and bleach but the pong was awful with the recent heat.

I use Jeyes fluid weekly, but that in itself hasnt got a nice smell, mine tend to wee on the grass so its not a huge problem.
Im sure someone will know what to use.

htpp//www.ruvio.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/out/index.htm - please note that this site no longer supplies the odour eliminator as they had problems with their suppliers.

I use Zoflora as it smells nice and is a disinfectant.

I have used Jays Fluid to clean out stables, and there is nothing like the smell of a build up of Horse wee, it will kill the smell of most things.
Make sure you wear rubber gloves when you use it.

I use jeyes fluid too once a week is plenty as each time you swill after that you get the disinfect and smell back rather than the pee!
