Hello, Does anyone have any knowledge of the intercontinental kennel club?
What is the difference between this and the normal kennel club?

Thanks for your reply Moonmaiden. I cannot believe some of the things on that site.  A family member of mine is loooking to buy a staffie puppie as a family pet and there are pups advertised on www.dogbreeders.co.uk that are ikc registered, I take it she should steer well clear then?

IKC could also mean Irish Kennel Club registered...

Get your friend to find out if it mean Irish Kennel Club or Intercontinental Club.

If it is Irish Kennel Club then they are fully registered pup the same as reigstered with th KC but with the Kennel Club in Ireland and they should be fine but if it is the Intercontinental Club steer well clear!!

That can be true, but unfortunately there has been a lot of retail sold pups brought in from Ireland and being sold in the UK.

Irish Kennel Club registered is fine if the pup is in Ireland,b ut if they are IKC registered and being sold here I would want to know why.

If it is because the parents are IKC regsitered and have never been registered here I would aask why, as they can be easily and then be KC registered.

Two of mine are IKC registered when I went to Ireland to show them, but they were KC reg first.
