Thinking of getting one for the garden, at the moment i put Tobys waste in bags and bin it with the house rubbish,
Anyone got one? are they any good?

They've been discussed a few times on here, and I've never heard anyone give them a good report! Speaking from experience, I'd say "Don't waste your money"!

Yep, agree with all here - we had one and it was total cr*p ('scuse the pun) - eventually we had the unenviable task of removing it - not a pleasant thing....eewww.....as others have said, don't waste your money.  What you are doing now is what I do, but don't tell the dustmen........:)

They might work for a very small dog, but even then I would be a bit wary...no, dont waste  your money!! I did some years ago, and really wished I hadn't. It was an experience... :P

The only ones I would spend my money on and then only if I had a whole pack of dogs is the sort that chops it all up and effectively flushes it through the drains, last time I looked they were several hundred pounds.

Looks like i will have to be digging mine up then.  Oh dear.  I ended up putting in the whole bottle of bio stuff and the waste still didn't seem to go anywhere. Yuck.  Even a breeder I worked for a few years ago still used the old method of putting it in the bin and she had a lot of experience with dogs!!

If you have a down stairs loo you can do what I have always done. Shovel it up & flush it down the loo!! I am moving to a house without a downstairs loo soon though, so I pitty the poor dustman with a whole weeks worth of pooh from 2 Golden Retrievers to collect!! ewwwwwww!!!

Glad I'm not the only one who thinks these are a waste of time, money and effort.  We got one years ago, it lasted a few days, I think.  Anyhow most of it went in the bin but I painted part of it and used it as a flower pot. :-D
