Did you not see the mum when you purchased the pup?

Why not write to the breeder and ask for some photos, I am sure they will be more than happy to let you have some. 

I did the same fwith the owner of my first bitches sire and the bitches owner and ended up wtih two wondrful mentors, sadly one of whom is no longer with us.
