Amanda it's very difficult to advise on agression issues over the 'net because there can be so many different reasons WHY a dog is agressive.  Only a one to one with an experienced trainer can really point you in the right direction, and to offer any other advice other than that over the 'net would not be responsible.  I'd suggest you ask your vet to refer you to a member of the UKRCB (United Kingdom Register of Canine Behaviourists) or APBC (Association of Pet Behaviour counsellors) or a member of the APDT with an interest in behaviour.

This is why we advise that when someone has an aggressive dog it is unwise to get another pup since the pup will learn the bad behaviour from the adult.
As already said it is very hard to deal with aggression over the net since there are many causes and types. You will need to give much more information

As the others have said its hard to say/give advice over the net.

But i would for one start seperating the two of them on walks now while the pup is at an impressionable age its inevitable it will look upto the older one.

Absolutely right! Sod's Law dictates that any copied behaviour will be bad behaviour, not good!
