Do all dogs have the same gestation time? I'm wondering about Shelties - how long does it take. The bitch that will be the mom for my puppy is 3 weeks pregnant. How much longer until delivery?

Around 63/64 days but can differ by a few days either way much the same as all woman do not give birth at nine months. Still a way to go yet and don't forget the 7/8 weeks after before you can take your puppy home. Exiting isn't it, hope all goes well and you are soon posting asking questions about how to manage your pups blader. Jackie H
