Son who went and got himself into trouble still hasn't been sentanced, it was adjourned for Psychiatric reports, sentancing is now on June 24th, hubby's father died May 16th, Hubby's nan died June 2nd on what would have been his Mum and Dad's 43rd wedding anniversary, I started a new job 18 hours a week in a college last Wednesday off today now because daughter has earache and I'm taking her Dr's at 1.50!  Please just let life get easier!

To top it all now, my husband was left his Dad's car in his will, it's not practical for us to keep as it's a 2.5 ltr MG ZS or similar, today we went to enquire about putting our car a Focus Sport along with the MG as part ex on a new car (Mondeo) and were told the MG because of what has happened is almost worthless!  It's approximately 18 months old got 3,500 on the clock and in showroom condition as because of FIL's illness was hardly taken out of the garage, we've put most of the miles on it running MIL to hospital and back! 

Craigles - when you say "because of what has happened it is almost worthless" are you referring to the incident with your son?  I hope not, as this would be outrageous......

NO absolutely not, I meant what happened with Rover, which is why the car is almost worthless even though it's some super dee dooper model that does everything bar washing up!  hope this clears this up, Son will always be a pain lol but a loveable pain!

Try and sell it privately as I am sure you will get more money for it ! :)

Oh of course, sorry, being a bit dim.  Surely it will become a collector's item?  If you can wait, that is - not always practical, I know :(

Try contacting the owners club, Im sure that somone will be happy to give you a reasonable price for it. It should get better from here as bad things go in 3s and you ahave had your 3. (I didnt count earache as that is just one of those things in life that is sent to annoy us).
