It could be a touch of cystitis or other urinary infection? Is she peeing more often than usual - having tiny dribbles rather than seemingly emptying a full bladder?
Is this your B/M? If so it is pretty early for a season but it's not strictly speaking impossible. Have you checked for any swelling of her vulva? Also try dabbing her there with a dry white tissue when she wakes up in morning (better when they've been lying around sleeping for a while as that's most likely for blood spots to show ;) )
