I'm wondering has anyone had any experience of systemic histiocytosis.My friends golden retriever has recently been diagnosed with this disease,she's had two low grade malignant tumours removed so far but the vets were unable to remove all the tissue.Florrie's only four years old and the vets are giving her a life expectancy of 2-3 years,she's now having regular blood tests to check on the progress of the disease.If anyone has had a dog suffering from this and can offer any advice i'd be very grateful,

I have experience of histiocytomas but not of the systemic form. The benign local form often clear up themselves
