Our cat who was surposidly spayed had kittens, we were just wondering how to advertise them, is it a good idea to put them in the local paper? how much for? is there anyone who has had kittens before that has any advise?

If you are worried about them going to the right homes why not contact your local cats protection league? they will probably have a list of home checked people waiting for kittens, this would take the worry out of it for you the only thing is you wouldnt get paid for them but at least they were going to nice forever homes :)

There's a website that looks quite promising - its www.kittenlist.co.uk - when I've ever advertised kittens (not often, generally had people chasing me for them) - I've always carried out as careful a homecheck as I would for puppies.

Did your vet "spay" her - or was she supposedly spayed when you got her????  If the former, I would be giving them a bill!!

Are these pedigree or moggies ? If moggies the CPL are your best bet if pedigrees then your breed society should be able to help

there moggies we bought her from a ad in the pet shop and she was surposidly spayed, if we'd of known we would of had her spayed before we let her out. Ill get in touch with the cat protection.
