I'm going to the Angela Stockdale Weekend in July at leeds and my boyfriend and I thought we would make a weekend of it without the kids and dogs but we are having a bit trouble finding a nice hotel.
Does anyone know of a nice hotel prefferably with private spa/jacuzzi bath in the room?
I'm looking forward to spending time without the dogs/kids as much as I am attending the weekend workshop.

Lol! I know boarding kennels that wouldn't do that! :rolleyes: :D

We aren't taking the dogs, that's why we want a nice hotel so we can have a bit time to ourselves.

It brought back memories of the first time we took him there............Our room was upstairs, he had never encountered stairs before as we live in a bungalow.  Very embarrassing trying to get a fully grown Dalmatian up a long flight of stairs infront of reception   Getting him down again was even more fun, luckly I let my husband hold the lead while I went in front to encourage him, we got him to about six stairs from the bottom and he made a bolt for it :D

Next time we were upstairs in a hotel we took the lift..........unfortunately it was a talking lift, I don't think the nice lady telling us the doors were closing quite expected the reply she got :D

Nowdays hotels are a doddle, but a halti is always worn on flights of stairs!
