If you try http://www.dogpages.org.uk/breeds.htm there is breed rescues for both poms and papillons and Im sure they'd love to hear from you! :)
If they're to far for you to travel why not look in the rescue homes in your area (also found on the website). The shelters are always packed with dogs looking for new loving homes and they may have your perfect pooch :)
