I see there is yet another type of "stop pulling" aid on the market - anyone come across them? It seems they fasten at the back of the head and therefore do not pull the head to one side...

yes I have one gathering dust.  I found it effective but quite fiddly to use so went back to a gentle leader which I find quick and easy to use.

personally i prefer a halti-type harness that does not pull the head around.i have seen so many ride up the dogs face, and squash their eyes! i dont think they look too comfy either-but i guess what works for one, doesnt work for another!

Take your pick:

Dogalter
Leadtrain
Pullstoppa
Halti
Dogmatic
Gentle Leader
Gentle Controller

etc etc etc

I also have one of these "gathering dust" because of the fiddly fitting of it!  I've tried them all, but would recommend the dogmatic as it doesn't ride up into the eyes and is strong and easy to fit.

following on from my previous reply the gentle leaders I use are great if introduced properly.
