My wife has taken a 4 week old German Shepard, that has been rejected by the mother.
It is still not feeding, we cannot find a foster mother.
Any advice Please

feed whelpi every 3 hours and start on solids at 4 weeks the pup should be able to cope with this and grow well, the pup will probably be ok with lapping the milk from a shallow dish at 4 weeks

you haven't mentioned whether you have taken the pup to the vets yet? are you making sure the pup has gone for a wee first? the pup may be constipated, it may not know how to feed properly, or may be fine but needs a little patience as it has just been moved to a strange place.
