I have a 15 week old Cocker Spaniel puppy who is a lovely little chap apart from the fact he wrecks my garden.  He flattens plants, chews them up and even pulls them out of pots!  If I tell him off he just sneaks back to do it as soon as im not looking in his direction.
Would anyone have any tips to help me?  He is driving my garden proud husband mad.

There are only two things I can suggest - either fence off the vulnerable parts of your garden or watch him all the time he's out there. I'd recommend both in fact (it's what I do!) because there are bound to be times when your concentration lapses when you're out with him, and then you'll be able to relax because your plants are out of reach and safe. It won't be for ever - by the time my pups have reached about 10 months old they tend to be past the 'wanton-destructive' stage and the fences can come down.

Hope this helps.

Same here - by then the boys have moved onto cocking their legs over the fences and killing the plants off that way :D :D :D    We've got a rockery - no plants, just rocks

Yep! All the leaves below 18" off the ground are dead and brown ... That's boys for you! I'm just glad they're not Danes!
