Hi

I used to be on BT dial up anytime, to which I used to useOutlook express.

I have now change to another company for broadband (however I still also havent cancelled my dial up account)

Since installing broadband, I am unable to use MSN messenger. has anyone else had this problem or is it just me being thick....

also this might be a rediculous question but am I still able to use my email address from my dial up account on outlook even though I am with a different suplier now for broadbad to save having to contact every one to change my email and change all my different accounts etc

When I changed over to Homecall broadband I still had my hotmail account so still got msn messenger, but installed the newer version. Have you tried installing/downloading it again from msn.com?

If you've changed provider then your e-mail will have to change ( although some providers let you keep it if you use their browser ) We've had a problem with Msn lately -we had to uninstall it download and install IE 6 patch 1 ( although we already had it  ) and then re-install msn ...clear as mud I know LOL :D

Friend had serious problems with mssenger, coudln't get it working for ages and was having to use the web version.  It's now fine sice its 7 not 7 beta.  (though rest of computers on network were fine!)

You can use your account still (I do) We used to be on Breath dial up and changed to NTLworld broadband and still use my breath address for incoming mails.  However I can't send from that account and have to send from NTL.

With this I have nurmerous incoming address and one outgoing..
