Hi Guest,

Are your puppies steadily gaining weight?  You should be weighing them daily ;)  Make sure mum has plenty of milk, and that she is happy and healthy in herself.  Ensure that the whelping box and surrounding area is warm, in a draught free position and that you are meticulous about changing bedding at least four times daily to avoid even slight dampness making them chilled.   If you're concerned at all PLEASE contact your vet direct a.s.a.p.

HTH, Teri :)

Ditto everything Teri said and just wanted to add to make sure they are tolieting , get a cotton ball with warm wate and gentle run the area. If they stop crying you will know that is what it has been.

Check the temperature is not TOO hot in the room also as too much heat can be as bad as too little.
