Hi, I found a hard lump on my border collie's tail and when I took him to the vets to get this checked out, my vet said to come back in 2 months and keep an eye on it. I have since been back and my vet has informed me that this is likely to be a tuma, however has again told me to keep an eye on it and come back in a couple of months. I have been with my vet for years and have never had any problems wih him, however, to me this advice does not seem right. Surely they should do some tests to see what the lump is, as if it is a tuma, it could spread over the next couple of months! Im not happy just leaving it like this, does anybody else think this sounds correct?
thanks in advance for any replies
