hi ive been provisionally granted my affix, it will be in the KC gazette in july,but i was wanting to use it now to register my puppies, my question is how often are they objected to?

Rarely is the answer as unless it is close to someone else's in the same breed or an historically important one then usually if you get the provional you will get the affix

As far as I am aware, the KC will not allow you to register the pups with the affix until 28days after the it has appeared in the relevant issue, this would mean you would not be allowed to use it until 29th July.  It should state on the information letter that came with you granting that you should not use the affix until then.

When I applied for my affix I registered a litter at the same time, or at least sent the paperwork in together, they just hold the registration in abayance until the affix is approved, the whole lot came through before the pups left here but then nobody objected :)
