hello

One of my staffies has a gunky eye, it doesnt seem to be irritating her she is not scratching it or anything and her eye does seem to be clear and normal looking although she does seem to have excessive amounts of sleep around it.
I have made an appointment at the vets, I thought it could be conjuctivitus but as I said it isnt sore or irritated.
Has anyone any suggestions to any over the counter remedies I could get in the mean time jus to keep it clean

Bathe with Colloidal Silver available from H & B, or sterile saline solution eg contact lens solution.

A weak saline solution does the trick for mine and if it is looking particually bad then aloe jel seems to be reallt soothing.
