hello please can you help me about joining champdogs i have an account and password but is keeps on saying something weird about cookies and ive tried looking at the toolbar but i cant find it please help me im dumb with computers

Go to tools on your  bar at the top, then internet options, then privacy then drag the bar to the bottom to accept all cookies :)
