Im new to the forum so i thought id say hi to all of you and make my self known.
Ive just bought my very first Great Dane! His a blue boy and as you can see from my name, ive named him blue. :)
His 5 weeks old today, so not got him home with me yet, but believe me i can not wait,
ive been to see him a couple of times and im going to visit again saturday then 2 weeks after that il be picking the little man up, not that he`ll stay little for long!
Ive always wanted one of these fantastic dogs so now that im now able to have one im over the moon!
Can guarantee he will be the first of many!

arrrrrrr a puppy so cute ,theres a few great dane owners on here.
i bit to big for me tho,you have to be quite firm with great danes dont you all theyle run you raggerd.firm is something im not. :d

Hi all, im picking blue up on the 9th, it cant come quick enough!
Ive put the same post up twice, what a donut!
Ive already got a golden retriever whos 6 and a little boy whos 2, both of which are very exited to have their new buddy home with them too. Im hoping to and would like to do some showing with blue, ive heard its fun and with him and his parents being as stunning as they are im sure he would do well, so hoping to take him to ring craft classes as well as puppy class, want him 2 socialise well too. Just a case now of finding some good classes to take him to.

Yeah sure, il be taking my cam with me on sat, so il have a few piccys, any 1 who would like 1 just send me your addy and il pass them on :)

Hi Blues Mum. I am quite new to Champdogs too. I have recently got a Mastiff puppy, he is almost 12 weeks old. Great Danes are lovely and i was thinking about getting one of them myself, but eventually decided on a Mastiff. All the best with ur new pup when u get him. I am sure we will be exhanging stories soon!! :-) :-)

Hi mackleback, mastiffs are very cute too, bet your having loads of fun with him, i saw an add in the local paper the other day saying they had Great Dane x Mastiff puppies 4 sale! I bet their well cute! Would like 2 see what they look like when their fully grown!

Hi Blues mum, I have two Danes one fawn and one brindle. You will not want another breed after you have had a Dane they are so addictive. Maybe see you and Blue at the ringside one day.

Iam Jane a quite new, I have a shar-pei :) and another one on the way soon (5 weeks wait for me)
I went to a Dane show 2 weeks ago and have to admit i fell in love with them.
Think hubby would leave if i got one though LOl.
Might not be a bad idea lol.
