10 pups is a good size litter for you to have, losing 1 is sad but I always feel it easier to lose one at birth than a few days or weeks into puppyhood when you have grown attached to them.

Hya.  Still here, not had any sleep yet ()13.15 hrs) as so much to do regarding puppies, vet, trying to desifer which pup is which, cleaning all the bedding from last night, getting rid of a hundred newspapers all soaking wet (bin man will be very busy).Getting kids ready for school etc.  The vet came at about 12ish and we were wondering if pepsi was about to have one last one but I think she has been panting because her uturus is contracting down.  Pups all doing fine, mother doing wonderfully and coping really well.  The last pup is finding it a bit dif. to stay onto teat to feed but I will try to help her out today and if no better tomorrow, will suplement some food.OHD now has to go and stock up on puppy food for pepsi he can't get over how much she will need in the next coming weeks.Did I tell you that my 5 year old came downstairs last night to be with me (not feeling too good) and was just in time to see first pup being born.  You should have seen the look on his face - priceless!!  Well, must go and poss get some rest.  Thank you all for your time and friendship you've all shown me over the last few days.  Cheers.
