Hi we have noticed that our nine week puppy has two small pinkish round flat patches on her belly that seem quite dry..
could someone advise us what these could be and if they might need treatment?

If in doubt ask your vet. Many things are impossible to diagnose without examination, and of course it's illegal for non-vets to prescribe treatment ...
