abbie has been panting and ripping up her bed for the last 18 hours, is this normal or should i phone the vet, her waters have not broke yet she is now day 60

this is normal and can last 24 hours or more. As long as she is not pushing for more than 2 hours with nothing happening should be ok. good luck and keep us updated on progress.

hi abbie has just given birth to puppy number one at 8am

Congratulations. Good luck with the rest. Hope everything is o.k. I'm on day 60 and her temp has dropped but she's been asleep since I took it. I'm geeting so nervous and excited all at the same time!!
