can someone explain to me what the symtoms are and is there a cure, do they grow out of it, i think one of my pups may have it she's been poorly since i weaned her and im concerned as she's due to go to her new home soon obviuosly if she has this condition i will keep her and not let her go to the new owner, but i need to know about this condition and cant seem to find out anything on the internet

There's a lot on the internet about it.  The pup will not be able to keep the food down most of the time and also when they sleep they will sound as though they are snoring.  I think a lot of people who say that there dogs snore may find out if there dogs were x-rayed that they had a mild case of this.  Not wanting to scare anyone, but the snoring noise was what made me go to the vets with my dog a number of years ago.  Luckily he did grow out of it somehow although I've never had him re-xrayed to see how he is now.

It can be an awful condition I believe and there are a number of breeds that are prone to it.
