Topic Dog Boards / Visitors Questions / Staffy Bitch Black and Brindle - lovely
- By Guest [gb] Date 09.05.05 12:42 UTC
Hi all,
I have a lovely staffy bitch who is 2 years old - I've had her since she was 9weeks old, she's well trained (well not champion material but has sit, stay, down, wait etc off to a T...) She loves children (has been brought up with my 5 yr old daughter and her friends), she's not great with new dogs but has been brought up with and lives with 4 other dogs and a cat. I'm looking for someone special to take her on as I just don't have the time I used to have to look after her properly.

She is microchipped, spayed and has been insured since I got her.  she's a smashing dog and I will be very sad to see her go but it is best for her to go to someone who has the time to spend lots of time with her and take her for lots of walks etc.
If you know anyone suitable I would appreciate a contact as I would like her to go to the right person or people.
thanks

The correct thing to do would be return her to her breeder who, if they are a responsible breeder, will be glad to take her and use their greater experience in ensuring she finds the right home to ensure she never has to go through this again.  If your breeder is not willing to help the second port of call is the breed rescue, if your contact the breed club they will put you in touch.  Your post is against the terms of service but I hope Admin will just remove your email addy and that you will still receive this message.
