Does anyone know of any Smoushund pups or adults for sale in the UK or elsewhere? A very caring and experienced professional couple in America have asked for my help in locating one as they have had no luck in Holland.

I have made some enquiries and I believe that the dutch are prefering not to sell any puppies outside of the Holland at this time, as they try desperately to save the breed from extinction.
To my knowledge, there are none in the UK.

You could try the dutch breed club for more information :-)

I also understand that they have breed classes at the Worldshow in Amsterdam in July. Just an idea, if your clients are that interested in the breed, maybe they would have more luck if they attended the show and spoke to the breeders firsthand?
