Uhm!!!!!!!!!!  How to make someone feel welcome Claire!!!!!!!!!!!, some breeders do not charge as much as some for puppies I expect that is why the question is asked!!!!!!!!!
I always ask how much they are before I waste their time in finding out the relevant details, I know the price bracket and if they are out of that bracket then I don,t waste anybody's time.

You should roughly know what your breed costs though to save asking the questions then you are prepared to pay the asing price.

I went to see some Labs last year and the asking price was £900.00 a pup and they wern't even nice dogs??

Two things - one - this is a dog forum that leads directly from the main BREEDER site and breeder pages.
Two - your response was rude and unnecessary. If you can't say something helpful then do not respond.

Depends on breed. I am looking at Rottweilers that range from £300 to £650.
