hi i rang up about some chihuahua puppies today but i thought it was very unusual because she had 5 pups,isnt that unusual for a chihuahua?i thought they only had 2 or 3 in a litter.would this mean the mother is very large?

actually 5 is not unusal for chihuahua. My mother breed chihuahuas when i was a child and she once had a litter of 6 pure breed puppies, hers were all KC registered . 5 was often the average in a litter when she use to breed her chihuahua's.
