OK....I got my passes for Birmingham National yesterday and my daughter is doing YKC Handling. Now I don't need to be there till 1 pm for breed classes but am confused about the time for the handling. On the leaflet it says 'BIS follow on'....does this mean after BIS???
Archer

NOt sure what it means but I'm pretty sure handling is done midayish (always clashed with red and whites on gundog day)
BIS follow on to me says BIS will follow YKC. and I very much doubt handling will be after BIS, I think the secretary likes it over and done with ASAP due to some parents and her experiance in the past. I would recomned you phone up on that one.
Archer
The way I understand it is the YKC Members Stakes will start at 08.30 and the YKC Handling will follow on after that ... if you note the next line is for Veteran Stakes at 10.30 am ... the BIS means in the main ring ( the BIS ring) ...
Hope this explains it better for you ...

Hi Margot
No doing this as a personal ambition I promised myself last year that I would be fit enough to climb the highest mountain in the UK ... if I could do that I could do anything ... I love the countryside up around there Glencoe and Loch Lomond , Loch Maree go walking up there when I get spare weekends ...
The view is supposed to be spectacular .. I chose July to do the climb ... didnt fancy hitting the snow up on the top lol ... I went to the foot of it in November when I took a weekend up there last year WOW it looks big ... but I am SO excited !!!
So no its a personal challenge ... but would like to do it to raise money .. would be pretty neat .. wonder if the aussie club might be interested .. could do it to raise money for either rescue or genetic research .. hmm now there are some ideas to think about ...

That's fantastic Jayne - we could look into 3 peaks challenge for next year for Aussie Rescue or Genetic Research - you could train the team :D :D
