'Black' and 'Beauty'?

or

'Serene'; 'Shadow'; 'Charm'; 'Mirage'; 'Harmony'; 'Angel'; 'Glory'; 'Wish'; 'Bonny'; 'Dreamer';
'Melody'; 'Secret'; 'Mystery'

Does the dam not have a name already? Lucky you, I love Friesians - but they are too hot blooded for me :D

the dam has her show name which is really long and i cannot even pronouce it. she does not have a paddock name.

What is her show name? Perhaps someone here could help with the pronunciation.

Our beautiful black anglo a was named Satin by her breeder which suits her perfectly she is so gentle and serene with a coat like satin - i guess you could then call the other one velvet.

Surely they are nnamed already? Its always been considered very unlucky to change a horses name :(

Have to agree with sam, I have never changed my horses names. they must have registed names already. if the foal has no stable name, you could take a theme from the mothers name.

The only one I changed was my pony from Mandy to Maddie - and she's been a witch ever since :D

she does not have a stable name, i would not change her name as well, i believe it to be unlucky, i had an old thoroughbred called upwell and i kept his name even though i wasnt keen on it, i just shouted uppy across the field and he answered to it.
