Hello everyone
There was an article on this training method in one of the dog magazines this month and I thought it looked really interesting.  I just wondered if anyone had actually tried it or knew anything about it just out of interest.

I use targets but not bridge and target as in this method...........

Oops, glad you posted that link Tohme, not what I do at al.   I simply use Target training in certain circumstances.

I don't know anyone personally whose used it, most people I know who've been to the training sessions have struggled to get their heads around what it required, so haven't used it on their own dogs.  However I understand it's based on respect for a dogs intelligence and is particularly useful for dogs who get stressed during very close personal interactions - such as vet exams......

Knew of someone who used Bridge and Target for training horses.
