My beloved Tigger is having a operation to have a lump removed removed from the outside of her ears today.  As she has big dusters for ears I was wondering if anyone has any tips for stopping her shaking her ears.

When my old Polly had a chunk removed from the end of her ear by the teeth of a GR she had to have her earflap turned over her head and bandaged down to stop her shaking it and opening the wound. It was impossible to stop her shaking otherwise - short of physically holding her head still. Good luck to Tigger.

So far so good but then she is quite dopey at present.  I am having her sleeping with me tonight to make sure she doesnt do anything silly.  The hardest thing is parting her from her babies.
