Hi Claudia, I havent sorry, was was thinking of getting one from kc. other wise if you send your 6 choices off you have to wait for the reply from them. Hard thinking of 6 tho isnt it. I will ask around for you.

hi claudia,sorry i carnt help you with the affix book,but good luck with choosing one and let us know what it is,i was lucky enough to get my first choice and it was very quick....

I have found that if you use the contact form on the KC website with one or two choices.  They will give you an idea of whether it has been used before or is likely to be rejected for some reason.  They usually are really prompt in response too (Same day by email generally).

Have asked a few friends but no luck on book sorry, I didnt no you could do that with kc, i have printed off the form, and filled in 6 names. Now i think i will try what you suggested thanks
