Hi my name is Ros and I am new to this board ,I have just got a new puppy  a flatcoat retriever of 8 weeks called Braken so far no problems with her but I have found this board very useful while researching in the past. I also have another flatty called Kira who is 2 and an old matron of a goldie called Amber who's 11. My Daughter recommended I joined instead of just reading she's called nemo_chihuahua on here and as you can guess she has a baby chi who's 14 weeks called Nemo.

Hi welcome to the site, I'm pretty new too.  I have Shar Pei, Bailey who is a red fawn, 3 in July and Dutch a chocolate who is 13 weeks and a little monkey.  We lost our other boy Harley who was 2 in January.

I've already had loads of good advice.  Seems to be lots of knowledgable people on  here.

Hi, thanks for all your replies its nice to know there are so many friendly people out there to share doggy prolems with .Been having fun all day with my new baby Braken she has been busy getting up to all sorts of mischief her favorite game being tug of war with Kira, bit worried about her baby teeth though.
You forget how time consumming a new pup is but it is lovely when they snuggle up to you when asleep.

Blossom is 18mths old, and pickles is 5 years old. i had him from a baby as well. hes a bit naughty tho. swearing and orders Blossom around.
I am getting a new shar-pei puppy soon, but am a bit worried on how i introduce him to Blossom ???

Hi Jane, no I don't have a big house I find Danes do not take up a lot of room just like lying about usually on my bed. Is that the Great Dane Club open show on the 7th May? I was like that when I started showing, confidence comes with experience and not worrying whats going on round about you just concentrate on your own dog.

Hi, I thought I'd better add my 10 pence worth!

I have a 6 month staffy pup called Pepper. I've also been reading all the posts, it's so addictive!  I find it's better than Eastenders!!  Loads and loads of valuable info, learned so much since I found the website.

BTW, isn't it funny how we call our dogs 'our babies' and we call ourselves 'mum and dad'! I also call my mum and dad 'nanny and granddad' even though my OH and I have no kids!  My friends think I'm mad!!!

just been looking at photos of Giorgia at all different stages of her 13 months and we're totally in love with her, she is so beautiful.
My Husband was out with her yesterday and one of the kids near us who knows her (all the kids love her) asked my Husband if she has chicken pox because he thought she had more spots than usual ! By the way she's white with a red ear/eye with lots of little black and red spots over her under her top coat.
