thanks no im not the other mandy ,also can anyone tell me what is the current price of a pup as im not 100% sure thanks mandy

Hi Mandy

Anywhere between £1500 and £2000.  Personally I wouldn't pay over that for a puppy and would be loking aroung the £1800 mark.

You might pick up a dog/bitch a little older for around £1000 - £1200.  PM me if you want details of the other forum that I was talking about - just for bulldogs really.

Hi Mandy I have just got a bulldog puppy and he is the best! Absolutely great with the kids already, he is a very docile and laid back puppy. Good luck and you will learn alot from the other forum it has great advice purely for bulldogs. Hope to hear from you again.xxx

Me too Steph!!!
But in reply to Mandyd, he is my first bulldog and I do not work. He has been a star at toilet training but I am here 24 hours a day with him letting him out whenever he goes near the door and before that every hours at least! He has caught on real quick and is even going in the area I want him to now. He has slept through from day one in the kitchen in his den and have not heard him once! As for kids I have 2 both under 5 and he is excellent with them. They are a great breed to have around children. Other training can be slow so I have been told, but Dozer will wear a collar and lead with no worries but the rest I will have to let you know, we are starting puppy classes next weds!!!
