I live in the Worcestershire area in Evesham and would like to visit someone with a puli who has a corded coat and who could give me advise regarding my puli and getting the coat to cord correctly.

Your dog's breeder would be the best person to advise you about cording.

Contact the breed club if your breeder can't help. They should be able to help you find your nearest Puli owner.

I have a puli.. perhaps I can help. What problems are you having?

Would love to see a photo of yours.  How many have you got?  I've got 5 SWD's who if left would have corded coats but unfortunately they have to be clipped all off once a year at least so not many end up with the corded coat.  I usually try to keep my dogs coats on for as long as possible.
