I have a Tornado 93 which is on a stand and can be used with or without a hose. It is a blaster/dryer from O & A or petcetera. I use it on wheatens, so cant say about a St Bernard, although it is powerful and I dont use full setting very often.
Hi
I have a Tornado Powerpac which cost approx £200, I use this with my newfie........have only had it for a few weeks and now I wonder how I ever lived without it and it was worth every penny. I can blast my newfie from soaking wet (after bath) to practically dry in about 20 - 30 minutes and she loves it especially when I do her back end.:)

Have you got the powerpac or the super powerpac?

Hi Karlai
I've got the powerpac, its a little cylindar thing with a big hose for chasing newfie around the garage with cos she gets a bit frisky when I dry her.:) I would highly recommend it, last night for instance she was soaking wet from our walk in the teeming rain and 5 mins in the garage and she was safe to let in the house without shaking water all over the walls.:) Good luck finding one.

i have found one for £195, from petcetera?
Thank you both for your input! :)

I use a tornado 93 on a bernese mountain dog and it takes me roughly an hour to dry him so I would imagine you could also use it on your breed though it would take a bit longer to dry.
